The made-to-order breakfast was a delightful treat, especially the European bread, which was a real highlight. The shower had solid water pressure, making for tasty fresh starts each day!
I wasn't unhappy with my stay, but it felt like I missed out on that 'oomph' I was hoping for.

The room facing the street was noisy, especially due to traffic. The shower head was broken, making for uncomfortable bathing. The air conditioning was initially without a remote, which took two days to resolve, and there was an issue with hot water towards the end of the stay.

The stay at Samanu had some real highlights. The location provided easy beach access, making it perfect for daytime relaxation. The cafe attached to the hotel offered delicious breakfasts, and I appreciated the constant availability of filtered water. The staff members were welcoming and helped with any questions. I loved that the hot showers provided great pressure, and the beds felt comfortable after a long day. However, there were a few drawbacks. The room I stayed in faced a busy road, bringing in a lot of noise during the day. I also noticed some light leakage through the curtains at night. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance was pleasant, especially at night when the area quieted down.

great breakfast , but room could use updates
The manager provided excellent service that made our experience brighter. The made-to-order breakfast was a real highlight, especially the fantastic European bread that started our mornings on a positive note. The spacious shower had impressive water pressure, making for refreshing experiences each day.
The room felt a bit dated, lacking some modern touches I expected.

We loved how close the place was to Sayulita Square, just an 8-minute walk away! The large shower offered refreshing moments too.
My wife says that the beds could use better bedding. She felt a thicker blanket would have made our nights cozier.

this hotel is an absolute disaster. booked a room with an inner courtyard, but they stuffed me in a noisy street-facing room instead—how charming. the room had no remote for the air conditioning, and it took days to 'recieve' it. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t get over the broken shower head and the utter chaos.

Room was clean with air conditioning and a kitchenette. Nice big shower with solid pressure. Enjoyed the cozy seating area and the flat-screen TV. The cafe had amazing made-to-order breakfast too! Really liked the filtered water available all day. Location was quiet at night but close enough to the town.
